Gunnar is a great person to work with.  Always positive!  Keeps his word which was very important to me.  During the uncertain days he was a voice of encouragement.  It’s rare to find someone that is professional, knowledgeable, always positive, friendly and actually do what they commit to do!  What can I say the experience working with Gunnar was beyond my expectations!

Gunnar is THE realtor you want in your corner. I had never been through probate before, and Gunnar made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. He was able to answer all of my many questions and had excellent knowledge of the real estate market. Gunnar made the process as easy as I could hope for. He stayed in contact throughout the entire process, explaining each step as we went. I felt extremely comfortable thanks to his guidance and knowledge. He always answered my correspondence whether it was email, text or phone calls. I can't speak highly enough of him.

Probate Invaluable Help and Experience Gunnar were exceptional throughout the probate sale of my uncle's home. His knowledge of the probate process and real estate market helped us to achieve the best outcome possible - selling for more than any cash offer by 50%. Gunnar is attentive and communicates superbly. He kept me informed the entire time (which was months!) and made me feel supported and understood. We met Gunnar via a telephone call from him regarding a family member home in Probate Court.  We were taken by his knowledge, his calming demeanor and promise to be available when we needed to call. That time came and his willingness to help was certainly comforting in a time of great stress and confusion.  Probate Court is very complicated and even more so when the home is in one state and we reside in another.  Virtually, we were able to accomplish a year’s worth of court dates and forms and when the time came to be able to list the house, Gunnar was there to pick up the keys and find the ultimate buying couple.  We were so grateful that fate brought us together.  Gunnar followed through with everything he promised and more.  I would highly recommend him for anyone is who is in need of a honest, knowledgeable and fun personality in time of much stress and perhaps sadness.  It is very comforting to have such a reliable friend indeed.  I wish everyone the good fortune of allowing him to be a Probate Agent for you.  Our kindest regards Gunnar!

Following Mom’s passing, we had to sell her townhouse (my childhood home), which was part of her trust. Gunnar was sensitive to the fact that we were still grieving our loss, and he walked us through every step taking as much off our plate as possible. He was professional and knowledgeable, provided frequent education on the process, and updated every step of the way. He showed us his market value research and got the full asking price. He handled everything, from properly notifying the existing tenants to confirmation of closing escrow and transferring funds. He did ALL the legwork, leaving us to make decisions and sign on the dotted lines….A LOT of dotted lines!!! Incredibly, the entire process only took slightly more than 30 days!!!! Gunnar was a lifesaver in the way he helped us navigate the potentially overwhelming process of selling a house during a very vulnerable time for the family. We couldn’t be more appreciative and grateful!!!

In November 2021 I lost a first cousin who died intestate in California. As far as I knew, it would be up to me to figure out what to do about his estate as there was only one other first cousin, and he was content to let me serve as Administrator. I reached out to my contacts, trying to find someone in California who could assist me, and one of them pointed me to Gunnar (Sven) Jonsson, (socalbroker) a real estate broker familiar with the area. From my first contact with Gunnar, he proved to be the source I needed to guide me in correctly handling all that California’s probate laws would throw at me.
