• Our job is to assist you in any way we can so that you can perform your job as the executor/administrator of the estate. 

• We also ensure as much as possible that you are protected from lawsuits or claims from heirs or parties to a property sale.

• If you have an attorney, we will work with them to ensure the probate process is always on track.

• All our services are at no up-front cost to the estate; we will bill escrow and receive payment at the close of escrow.

• If you are out of state, we can communicate via regular calls, Zoom Calls, or email; all documents can be signed via DocuSign so that you can sign from your home computer or any smartphone.

• We can front pay any estate mortgage payments throughout the time it takes to put your home on the market and get it sold to avoid foreclosure so that you can gain equity from the sale.
